Proverbs 25:21-23

^{21     [a]}If your enemy is hungry, give him something to eat;
    if he is thirsty, offer him something to drink.
²² By doing so you will heap fiery coals upon his head,
    and the Lord will reward you.
²³ The north wind produces rain,
    and a backbiting tongue causes angry looks.
